Headquartered in Richmond, VA and Bridgeport, WV, Eastern Gas Transmission and Storage, Inc. (EGTS) provides interstate natural gas transportation and storage services to customers in Midwest, Mid-Atlantic and Northeast markets. EGTS operates one of the largest underground storage systems in the United States; its Eastern Gas South Point trading hub offers substantial liquidity that is fueled by EGTS’ diverse pipeline and production interconnections.

Carolina Gas Transmission, LLC
Carolina Gas Transmission, LLC (CGT) offers safe, reliable natural gas transportation services in SC and southeast GA with almost 1,500 miles of transmission pipelines. CGT provides essential natural gas supplies to customers including power plants, industries, distributors, municipalities and energy traders.
CPL
Cove Point LNG, LP
Cove Point LNG, LP (CPL) operates a terminal on the Chesapeake Bay that handles the import and export of liquified natural gas. CPL also provides significant firm peaking services to power generation and local distribution customers in the Mid-Atlantic region. CPL also manages 139 miles of natural gas pipeline in VA and MD that link the terminal and its customers to the interstate natural gas grid.

Eastern Gathering and Processing, Inc.
Based in Richmond, VA, Eastern Gathering and Processing, Inc. (EGP) offers natural gas services including gathering, processing and fractionation on behalf of Appalachian producers. With about 212 miles of pipelines in WV, it connects to its affiliate Eastern Gas Transmission and Storage, Inc.
