Eastern Gas Transmission and Storage, Inc. (EGTS) is headquartered in Richmond, Virginia. EGTS is an interstate natural gas pipeline providing gas transportation and storage services. EGTS operates one of the largest underground natural gas storage systems in the United States, with interconnections to other major pipelines and to markets in the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions. EGTS maintains 3,684 miles of pipeline in six states, and stores and transports large quantities of natural gas for customers, including major utilities and power plants.

Cove Point LNG, LP

Cove Point LNG, LP (CPL) is headquartered in Richmond, Virginia. The terminal is located on the Chesapeake Bay south of Baltimore in Lusby, Maryland. The terminal provides both import and export Liquified Natural Gas services. CPL includes 139 miles of pipeline in Virginia and Maryland which interconnects to three major pipelines to serve the terminal along with wholesale customers and power plants located along the pipeline.

Eastern Gathering and Processing, Inc.

Eastern Gathering and Processing, Inc. (EGP) is headquartered in Richmond, Virginia. EGP provides natural gas gathering, aggregation and processing products extraction and fractionation services. EGP maintains approximately 212 miles of both gathering and NGL liquid pipeline primarily in West Virginia and connects to its affiliate Eastern Gas Transmission and Storage, Inc.

EGP provides processing services at the Hastings Fractionation/Extraction Plant, the Copley Run Extraction Plant, the West Union Extraction Plant and the Lightburn Extraction Plant. EGP also sells Natural Gas Liquids, using its Hastings, Galmish, Bens Run and Charleroi facilities.
